Jamshedpur: Shiv Sena’s Jharkhand wing has folded up with the resignation of its president and executive committee over party Chief Bal Thackaray’s anti-Bihari stand. Party’s State president, Dinanath Pandey said they had faxed their resignation letters to Mr. Thackaray on Sunday in protest against an anti-Bihari article ‘Ek Bihari Sau Bimari’ by Mr. Thackeray in its mouthpiece ‘Samna’. Mr. Pandey also dissolved the State committee and resigned from the primary membership of the party. With this, the Shiv Sena ceased to exist in the State, he said. Mr. Pandey, who won Assembly elections thrice including twice on BJP ticket in 1980-85 and 1990-95, said he would continue to fight for Hindutva.
