Student missing

DAVANGERE: Rajeshwari, a second pre-university college student in Anubhava Mantap here, has been missing since Monday morning. She is said to be scared of facing the chemistry examinations, which began on Monday.

She is the daughter of Niranjan, executive engineer. Mr. Niranjan told The Hindu that she was a bright student and had scored well in the SSLC and other examinations. She had been complaining of her inability to retain subject matter studied, and had reportedly told her father that she was scared of writing the examinations. On the day, Rajeshwari, told her mother that she was going to write the examination, but has not yet returned.
