Meet on disability opens today

NEW DELHI: The Society for Disability and Rehabilitation Studies is organising a “National congress on disability studies in secondary and higher education in India” at the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre here beginning Wednesday. Union Culture and Tourism Minister Ambika Soni will inaugurate the three-day congress.
