BHOPAL: Close on the heels of the Supreme Court’s decision to transfer the Professor H. S. Sabharwal murder trial from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh to Nagpur in Maharashtra, the slain professor’s son Himanshu Sabharwal sat on a protest dharna here on Tuesday demanding a CBI probe into the case. Many local Congress leaders also sat on dharna at the busy Roshanpura Square on Tuesday afternoon. Responding to a petition, the Supreme Court has also directed that the Public Prosecutor be changed in this case. Prof. Sabharwal died on August 26, 2006, when he was allegedly attacked by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad leaders over cancellation of university union election.
