Works inspected

KARUR: Collector T.N. Venkatesh inspected ongoing development works in Aravakurichi block of Karur district and instructed the officials to complete slated works before the end of the month.

Works including those under the Anaithu Grama Anna Marumalarchi Thittam, National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, renovation of school buildings, MLA Constituency Development Scheme, etc were inspected.

Mr. Venkatesh wanted the works taken up under the AGAMT during the year 2006-07 to be expedited.
