ANANTAPUR: The annual ‘kalyana mahotsavam’ of Khadri Laxminarasimha Swamy temple was held in Kadiri in the district on Monday night. The idol of presiding deity and his two consorts, decorated traditionally and tastefully was taken around the ‘thiru veedhis’ around the temple complex amid a huge gathering of devotees from different parts of the State and outside the State. Silk ‘vastrams’ were presented to the deity by temple Chairman Pratap Reddy and in-charge EO Ekambaram.
