Pathankot: The Army Intelligence and Punjab police on Wednesday arrested Vijay Kumar and recovered goods worth Rs 1.30 lakh sold at CSD canteen in Pathankot. Army sources said that Vijay was transporting the goods to Ludhiana in a private bus. An Army spokesman said the arrest may unravel the racket behind selling CSD goods in the open market. -- PTI
