KOLLAM: Animal Husbandry Minister C. Divakaran will lay the foundation stone for the new District Veterinary Centre complex in Kollam on Thursday. The complex will replace the existing one at Thevally in the city. A function in this connection will be presided over by Labour Minister P.K. Gurudasan. At the function, Mayor N. Padmalochanan will distribute the benefits under the Tsunami Rehabilitation Scheme to the beneficiaries. — Staff Reporter
