Solatium for kin of accident victims

CHENNAI: A solatium of Rs. 1,00,000 has been announced for the family of Consis Mary who died along with her daughter Sneha, when a bus hit them at Mandaikad in Kanyakumari district.

Expressing his condolences to the family for their loss, Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi also announced a solatium of Rs. 50,000 for each of the victims from his Relief Fund.
