Shell India plans more retail outlets

CHENNAI: Shell India is planning to put up 40 to 50 fuel stations in Chennai. The company, which has invested more than $1 billion in India so far, has 50 fuel stations with 13 of them in Chennai. According to Surinderdeep Singh, General Manager, Retail, Shell India Marketing Private Limited, the company was planning to increase its investment in India by 25 per cent during the current calendar year.
