IL&FS acquires European company

CHENNAI: Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Serices (IL&FS) has announced that its subsidiary, IL&FS Transportation Networks (ITNL), had acquired Elsamex SA of Spain. Elsamex is engaged in road maintenance, operation and management of road systems and development of toll road support systems with more than 7,000 km under contract. — Corporate Reporter
