City doctor for ICI chair

K. Sarat Chandra

HYDERABAD: K. Sarat Chandra, an Additional Professor, Cardiology at the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences here was appointed Chairman, Interventional Council of India (ICI) for a two-year term.

He was unanimously appointed by the executive body of the Cardiological Society of India (CSI).

Affiliated to CSI, the ICI is the apex body for collection of data pertaining to all coronary, valvular and non-cardiac vascular interventions across the country.
