Chennai: RMK Engineering College and Easwari Engineering College will clash in the final of the seventh RMK Rolling Trophy inter-engineering college cricket tournament. RMK defeated RMD Engineering College by 71 runs, while Easwari beat Anna University by eight wickets in the semifinals. The scores: (semifinals): RMK EC 154 for five in 20 overs (Venkatvasan 69 n.o.) bt RMD EC 83 for nine in 20 overs (Jude Joseph 29, Saurau four for 12); Anna University 90 for eight in 20 overs lost to Easwari EC 93 for two in 17.1 overs (Vidyuth 40 n.o., Vigneshraja 44 n.o.).
