BHUBANESWAR: KAIZEN 08, the annual cultural festival of KIIT University, was celebrated on its campus recently. The three-day fest featured events such as mehandi, fashion parade, dance and paintings. Renowned cine actor and Parliamentarian Shatrughan Sinha opened the fest for students while top brass of police administration were present at the inauguration. While Mr. Sinha emphasised that young students, besides studies, should also work towards people living below poverty line, Director-General of Police Gopal Chandra Nanda underlined the need for quality education.
