Thiruvananthapuram: Health Minister P.K. Sreemathy will inaugurate the State-level function to mark World Tuberculosis Day at Kottakunnu in Malappuram on March 24. M. Ummer, MLA, will preside over the function. T.K. Hamza, MP, will deliver the keynote address.
