Protest rally at Bhongir

HYDERABAD: Revolutionary ballad singer Gadar on Friday announced that the Telangana Cultural Council would hold a protest rally and meeting at Bhongir on March 24.

In a press release, he said the rally was in protest against the mortgaging of Telangana sentiment by senior Telangana leaders of the Congress . He said that the rally and meeting, titled, ‘Telangana Aata Paatalu Dhoom … Dham’ would be held at the same time, date and venue as of the earlier meet called by Telangana Congress leaders.
