Naidu may crack the whip on erring partymen

Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: Upset with the way some leaders in the party, including seniors, airing their views publicly on sensitive issues like Telangana despite his constant warnings, TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu is believed to have taken a decision to initiate disciplinary action.

Mr. Naidu reportedly held a long discussion on the options open to the party to proceed against those indulging in such talk with party seniors like Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, K. E. Krishnamurthy, T. Devender Goud and Nagam Janardhan Reddy on Friday.

On Saturday, he is expected to meet others like K. Yerran Naidu following which he is likely to announce a decision.
