Ajay taking part in Europe Cup

CHENNAI: Over 450 sailors from 32 countries including Ajay Rau of India are in Heyeres in France for the Europe Cup. The four-day tournament, which concludes on March 24, is part of the European tour.

At the regatta at the Barcelona Olympic week, Ajay finished 23rd out of 42 sailors in the laser. Heyeres will be his second regatta of his 2012 Olympic campaign in Europe this year. In the racer class, 106 sailors are expected.
