5 held for possessing spurious liquor

NEW DELHI: Five persons have been arrested by the Delhi police for allegedly being in possession of illicit liquor.

According to the police, Patthar Singh was arrested at Lahori Gate with 12 units of illicit liquor, while Abdul Rashid was arrested at Kashmere Gate with 18 units.

Two persons – Satish and Rashid – were arrested at Sarai Rohilla along with eight cartons of spurious liquor. Another person, Naval, was arrested at Timarpur with 18 bottles of illicit liquor.
