‘Name airport after Kempe Gowda’

BANGALORE: The Kannada Vedike on Friday urged the Government to name the international airport at Devanahalli after Kempe Gowda. Addressing presspersons here, president of the vedike and former MLA K. Prabhakara Reddy said that naming the airport after Kempe Gowda was the most apt thing.

He also urged the BIAL to employ Kannadigas for various jobs at the airport.
