Rally by Dalit women

BANGALORE: The Karnataka Dalit Mahila Vedike will hold a rally on Monday from Town Hall to Banappa Park, demanding land for Dalit women. Yashoda, State convener of the vedike, told presspersons here on Friday that the State Government had failed to register lands cultivated by Dalit families in the name of Dalit women. Ms. Yashoda said a memorandum would be submitted to Governor Rameshwar Thakur.
