PUDUCHERRY: A host of contests have been organised in the coastal village of Veerampattinam on March 29 as part of International Women’s Day celebrations, according to a release issued by ‘Anangu’. Events such as general knowledge quiz, long jump, running race, tug-of-war and rangoli would be held by Anangu and the Puducherry Meenava Pengal Munnetra Amaippu.
