KURNOOL: Sadguru Datta Kripalayam will take up modernisation of Hindu burial ground at Jammi Chettu in the city. The charity organisation planned to set up a semi-modern crematorium and develop a park on six-acre land at a cost of Rs 1 crore. Talking to reporters here on Saturday, Vice-president of the organisation T. Srinivasa Rao and member Nageswara Rao said the semi-automatic crematorium would use firewood as fuel respecting the sentiments of the families but less amount of fuel. Initially, the organisation would charge only for firewood and kerosene and later, it would offer all facilities without any cost.
