Kumble does the honours in Dubai

Manipal: Anil Kumble, brand ambassador of Manipal University and Indian Test Cricket Captain, launched the Manipal University’s Bachelor of Engineering programmes in five disciplines at its Dubai campus on March 12 by handing over provisional admission certificates to the first five students.

Manipal University started its operations in Dubai in 2003, and the campus at present has around 1,500 students in the disciplines of Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Allied Health Sciences, Information Systems and Management, Media and Communications, Fashion Design and Interior Design, according to a university press release.
