JSC beats Sports Hostel
BANGALORE: Jayanagar SC dished out a stellar performance for the second consecutive day in the ‘A’ division basketball league for the Prof. N.C. Parappa Memorial ever-rolling Trophy.
At the Sree Kanteerava Stadium courts here on Saturday, JSC inflicted a 73-65 defeat on Sports Hostel for its second straight loss.
JSC began on a whirlwind fashion with Vasudev and Jaushal in good nick. But Sports Hostel, unlike its showing against Vijaya Bank on Friday, looked far more positive and resourceful.
With Rabbani and Varun giving their all, JSC was in for a fight.
Kaushal’s experience and the overall superiority stood in good stead for the winner.
