Holi revelry claims two lives

ADILABAD: Holi celebrations in Adilabad ended on a sour note for two youngsters who died of drowning in separate incidents on Saturday.

Nakka Shekhar, 18, of Seetagondi village in Gudihatnoor mandal drowned in an open well when he went there to bathe after celebrating holi. Similarly, Mahesh of Bhagyanagar locality who finished his Inter exams drowned in Gudichinta madugu in Bheemsari river near here. Meanwhile, Holi was celebrated in all important places in the district with enthusiasm.
