Junior doctors strike enters fourth day
Correspondent
CUTTACK: After participating in Holi celebrations in the morning, the striking junior doctors at SCB medical college resumed their dharna in the evening as their stir continued for the fourth day on Saturday. The junior doctors are staging dharna in front of the hospital superintendent’s office since Thursday. Tomorrow being Sunday, it is likely that the government would try to make an attempt to make a fresh round of discussions with the striking doctors on Monday, sources said.
The junior doctors numbering around 500 are boycotting duties in all the three government medical college and hospitals of the State demanding better remunerations and additional grants.
