Case registered

PUDUCHERRY: The Reddiyarpalayam police on Sunday registered a case against Sultan Abdul Kader, Managing Director of Agate International Private Limited, “for adopting fraudulent practices to transfer a property in the company name.”

Police sources said they had filed cases against Mr. Sultan and his wife under Section 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code for breach of trespass and conspiracy. The case was registered following a court direction based on a complaint filed by Yasmin, a resident of Rue Suffren, Puducherry, in this regard.
