This Day That Age
Inaugurating the fourth session of the All-India Cine-Technicians Conference at Rajaji Hall, Mount Road, on March 23, Mr. V.V. Giri, Governor of Uttar Pradesh, stressed the role of cine-technicians in the task of improving the tone of the film industry and said that it was their sacred duty to enlighten the people and thereby uplift them. Over 200 delegates from different parts of India are attending the two-day conference.
