Dindigul: Medium-pacer Suresh Daniel (five for 30) and Solem Jeyaseelan (91 not out) helped Sachin Cricket Club defeat APCC (Pillayarnatham) by three runs in the DDCA first division league here on Sunday.

The scores: Sachin CC 203 in 41 overs (W.R. Solem Jeyaseelan 91 not out) bt AP CC (Pillayarnatham) 200 in 40 overs (S. Sakthivel 63, Muthu Saravanan 41, G. Suresh Daniel five for 30).
