Belgaum: The district administration, zilla panchayat and the Deparment of Health and Family Welfare, in association with the District Leprosy Association, Indian Medical Association and some non-governmental organisations, observed World Leprosy Day here on Monday. The function was inaugurated by the zilla panchayat vice-president, Laxmi Talwar.
