Notice to Cusat

Kochi: Justice S. Siri Jagan has issued notice to the Cochin University of Science and Technology and other respondents on a writ petition filed by S. Sadasivan Nair, UGC Emeritus Fellow, School of Legal Studies, against a cut in his pension benefits. According to him, he retired as professor in April 30, 2007. The entries in his pension book were wrong.
