Satyaprasad wins overall title

BANGALORE: M.K. Satyaprasad, with a score of 30 points, won the overall title in the Deutsche Bank golf tournament played at the Eagleton Golf Resort here on Saturday.

Other results: Handicap section: 19-24: Winner: K. Ramamurthy (39 pts), Runner-up: Teertha Prasad (37); 13-18: Winner: Vijaykumar (39), Runner-up: Sudarshan Maney (36); 0-12: Winner: Chetan (35); Runner-up: Vishal Bhat (33).

Stableford format: 19-24 handicap: Sunny Ghosh (23); 13-18: V. Shashikanth (26); 0-12: Hideaki Nakazaki (26).

Volleyball meet

Paralympics will conduct an all-India volleyball championship for the physically challenged at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium courts here on March.29 and 30. State units affiliated to Indian Paralympics will participate in the event.

Cricket camp

Jawahar Sports Club will conduct a summer cricket coaching camp from April 5 to May 31 for boys in the seven to 18 years age group. Further details may be had from the organisers (99720-26112 / 99860-42783).

IACA camp

Imtiaz Ahmed Cricket Academy will conduct its summer camp at St. John’s Medical College grounds and Mount Carmel College grounds here from April 3. The camp would culminate with the Pepsi Cup all India inter-academy tournament. Boarding and lodging facilities will be provided for all outstation players. Inter-collegiate tournament

R.V. College of Engineering will conduct the Chamaraju memorial inter-engineering collegiate cricket tournament here from April 4 at its grounds. Entries close on March 29. Further details may be had from physical director, RVCE.

Five-a-side football for corporates

SportzVillage will conduct an inter-corporate five-a-side football tournament at the St. John’s Medical College sports complex (Koramangala) on April 19, 20 and 26, 27.
