Easy for EIL, OIL

MUMBAI: Engineers India Limited (EIL) registered its second win in the mini-league of the BPCL-sponsored 28th Petroleum Sports Promotion Board inter-unit cricket tournament at the RCG ground here on Monday. EIL beat MRPL by 58 runs.

In another match, OIL crushed CPCL by 154 runs.

The scores:

OIL 193 in 35 overs (M. Kolida 57, S. Bhagwati 41, D. Kamarajan three for 32, D. Sivasubramani three for 27) bt CPCL 39 in 21.2 overs (S. Bhagwati four for nine).

EIL 193 for six in 35 overs (A. Sharma 48, P. Mishra 44 n.o., I. Kapoor 42, Balaji three for 24) bt MRPL 135 in 32 overs (K. Chakravarthy 34 n.o., V. K. Mahay three for 10). — Special Correspondent
