32 students debarred

Bangalore: As many as 32 students were debarred on Monday for indulging in malpractices during the mathematics and geography papers of the second Pre-University Course examinations.
According to a press release, 29 students were debarred for indulging in malpractices during the mathematics examination.
These include eight from Gulbarga, five from Bijapur, four each from Bidar and Bagalkot, two from Belgaum, and one each from Bangalore North, Bangalore Rural, Chikballapur, Mandya, Raichur and Tumkur.
Three students, one each from Bijapur, Bangalore North and Chikkaballapur, were debarred for “cheating” during the geography examination.
