Physician felicitated

A noted physician of the city Kutikuppla Surya Rao was felicitated during the three-day HIV Congress 2008, an international medical conference that concluded in Mumbai on Sunday.

Dr. Surya Rao, who was chosen for Padma Sri award recently, was among the 11 international and Indian doctors felicitated in appreciation of their work towards prevention of HIV and AIDS. Union Minister of Health Anbumani Ramadoss was chief guest.
