Bangalore: The second run of Golden Chariot, the State’s first luxury train, did not take off as scheduled on Monday. It is instead likely to begin its second run on March 31.

Sources told The Hindu that “minor corrections” ranging from interior designing to Wifi connectivity were the reasons for the delay.

“Our schedule will not be thrown off track as we have re-scheduled bookings made by passengers for the second run,” they said.
