Seminar on literature from tomorrow

PUDUCHERRY: The Department of English of the Pondicherry University will conduct a two-day national seminar on ‘Literature, Language and Communication’ from Thursday.

The seminar will highlight the interdisciplinary nature of literary studies in contemporary times, various theoretical debates and mode of language and communication.

Around 40 research papers on the theme of inter-relationship of literature, language and communication will be presented.

Writer Ashokamitran, director of Media Development Foundation Sashikumar and film person Shyamprasad will participate in the seminar.
