ISLAMABAD: Army chief General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani has reshuffled his top brass in a move seen as establishing his leadership of the force at a time when power is shifting from his predecessor, President Pervez Musharraf. The reshuffle saw two key corps commanders replaced besides a host of other changes. Corps commander Lahore Lt. Gen Shafaat Ullah Shah, a Musharraf-loyalist has been posted to GHQ as Chief of Logistics Staff. His place has been taken by Lt. Gen Ijaz Ahmed Bakshi.
