Stolen two-wheelers recovered

PUDUCHERRY: The Grand Bazaar Police have arrested three persons and recovered 16 stolen two-wheelers from them.

According to the police, a special team was formed to check vehicle thefts in the North Police limit. The team, while on patrol on Tuesday, nabbed Manikandan of Kamban Nagar, Vasanathan of Sokkanathanpet in Puducherry and Ganesan of Vikaravandi in Villupuram district from Anna Salai junction. During interrogation, the accused confessed to stealing two-wheelers from places in GB Station, D-Nagar, Orleanpet, Odiansalai and Mettupalayam police station limits, police said. — Staff Reporter
