Ordinances to be repromulgated

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Cabinet on Wednesday decided to repromulgate nine Ordinances.

They are the Kerala Farmers’ Debt Relief Commission (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007; the Kerala (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007; the Kerala High Court Services (Determination of Retirement Age) Ordinance, 2007; the Kerala Co-operative Societies (Amendment)

Ordinance, 2007; Unregistered Cashewnut Factories Prohibition (Amendment)Ordinance, 2007; the Kerala Tailoring Workers’ Welfare Fund (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008; the Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008 (Ordinance No.2 of 2008); Kerala Handloom Workers’ Welfare Fund (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008, and Kerala Water Supply and Sewerage (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008.
