Ayesha case: revision petition admitted

Hyderabad: Justice G.V. Seethapathy of the High Court on Wednesday admitted the revision case filed with regard to the narco analysis tests proposed on some persons in connection with the Ayesha murder case. .

The Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada, filed the present case. He was challenging the orders of the trial court at Vijayawada which refused to grant permission for the narco analysis tests. – Legal Correspondent
