MCI team meets CM

HYDERABAD: Members of the Medical Council of India (MCI) led by its president Kesavan Kutty Nair met Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy here on Wednesday. They promised to look into the issue of giving recognition to 293 post graduate medical seats in the State. Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, Chairman, Ketan Desai, suggested that medical colleges may approach the Government of India for renewal of letter of permission for enhanced PG seats and for undertaking compliance inspections by the MCI, said a press release.
