Varanasi: A student was shot at and injured near here allegedly for not allowing his classmates to copy his answer script of Uttar Pradesh Board Class XII examination. Manish sustained bullet injuries on the throat, police said. Manish’s family claimed that he had refused some students to copy his answer-sheet in the examination a few days ago. The annoyed students had quarreled with him and they could be behind the attack. — PTI
