AIIMS blanks BSNL

NEW DELHI: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) scored a 3-0 victory over Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in a group ‘A’ match of the DSA institutional football league for the Chief Minister’s Cup at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Thursday.

Arun Kumar, Rajan and Kishore scored the goals to put AIIMS ahead at halftime. On resumption, BSNL — playing with eight players — conceded the match.

In group ‘B’, Delhi Administration was held to a goalless draw by Food Corporation of India, Headquarters.

Earlier, Indraprastha Generation Power Company Limited (IGPCL) failed to report for its match against Central Secretariat.
