No ‘way’ out?

Is the one-way traffic rule from Sarathi studioS to Yousufguda still in force? The answer is a yes and no. Because vehicles going from the studio side to basthi have to follow the one-way rule but those entering the stretch from side roads can travel in both directions! Apparently concerned over the stiff opposition, the higher-ups wanted to relax the rule. For reasons best known them, they did not announce officially but are not raising objection if people are travelling in both directions on that stretch.
