Running for a cause

Thiruvananthapuram: SunTec Business Solutions, a Technopark-based company, is organising a mass run here on Saturday to highlight the need to empower differently abled children. The event is being held in association with the National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH) and is named SunTec Run for NISH 2008. It has been taken up under the company’s corporate social responsibility programme. A press note issued here on Wednesday said the run was aimed at creating awareness of the need for early intervention in the lives of differently abled children. The run will be flagged off at 7.15 a.m. at Vazhuthacaud.
