Librarian bags award

Machilipatnam-based Grandhalaya Vikas Samiti selected Pavuluri Srinivasa Rao, who is working as librarian in Akkineni Nageswara Rao College, for the Ayyanki Venkata Ramaiah award.

The award carries a cash prize of Rs. 1,116 along with shawl, memento and a citation.

The award is being presented for his commendable work in the field of library information services. The award will be presented on April 11.
