‘Kalaparichayam’ from April 23

Kakinada: The annual event of the State government’s Culture Department, ‘Kalaparichayam’, will be held for 40 days from April 23. It is aimed at bringing varied talents in classical art, music and dance forms to the fore and spread awareness about the need to nurture them.

Culture Department Director R.V. Prasad Raju stated in a press release that those interested in learning any one of the arts need to pay only Rs. 100, of which Rs. 75 would be paid to the trainer.

The trainees would be presented certificates by the department.
