THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Marian College of Engineering (MCE) defeated Mar Baselius College of Engineering 47-32 to win the title in the Marion Trophy all-Kerala inter-collegiate basketball tournament here on Saturday. K.A. Jasif top-scored for the winner with 21 points. For Baselius, Ramesh was the top-scorer with 13 points. The results (final): Marian College of Engineering 47 (K.A. Jasif 21, A. Gibin 10) bt Mar Baselius College of Engineering 32 (Ramesh 13).
